Essay: Every country in the world has problems with pollution and damage to the environment.

Every country in the world has problems with pollution and damage to the environment.
Do you think these problems can be solved?

Notes
1. Transport – (increase public transport)
2. Rivers and seas – (reduce waste/repopulation programmes)
3. Recycling programmes (your own idea)

Pollution has become one of the major problems for the First World. Every country should work together to avoid extra damage and to protect the environment for future generations. While governments cannot shirk their responsibilities, households should also do their part to prevent the extinction of other species.

Marine and freshwater ecosystems are suffering from all the waste that ends up there, killing flora and fauna. Therefore, governments should tackle this problem and reduce waste to a minimum. Moreover, repopulation programmes should be promoted to increase the number of living creatures and plants.

Public transport should be encouraged to use by the citizens to avoid extra CO2 emissions into the air. Better systems and prices would definitely convince people to make use of public means of transport instead of their own cars. In addition, recycled products should be prioritised in terms of packaging, allowing the public to use these instead of plastic.

To sum up, I believe that pollution will still happen, but it can certainly be reduced to the minimum to avoid extinction. Furthermore, the damage caused can be reversed by reforesting lands and repopulating endangered species.
